Julia DiGrazia is classically trained and an improvisational jazz fiddler. She is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary music studies from Berklee College of Music.
Julia works as a freelance musician in the Phoenix area and performs at weddings and other private ceremonial events. She is also a member of the Mountain View Fiddlers and Studies under the direction of Dr. Peter Rolland.
During the 2013-2014 season she became the orchestral concertmaster for the Metropolitan Youth Symphony and earned the Directors Award for fiddling in the MYS fiddle program. In May of 2019, she had the opportunity to perform with the Allman Betts Band at the Chandler Center for the Arts venue during their Down to the River tour.
Julia most recently completed an internship leading worship at Arcadia City Church in Arcadia, Arizona. In addition to performing Julia teaches private violin lessons because she believes in helping local young students develop a passion for music.
